I voted an hour ago.
Four parties, which to vote for,
Conservative and risk further damage to the NHS and a possible trade deal with the U.S. on food, no thanks.
Labour, chance of a second referendum, good, Corbyn always on the fence, anti any-war , has been known to side with the IRA,etc...
Democrats, wants a second referendum, but they’ll never get in power and so a wasted vote.
ukip can go bite me, eat shit, pound sand, f**k themselves, etc... (whatever you want to say in it’s place).
I voted, but it was a tense few days

Boris is a buffoon but Corbyn is just as dangerous if not more because he’s always on the fence, refuses to speak against terrorism, etc...

Prediction:
Conservative majority
Corbyn resigns
Brexit doesn't get done before the end of next year.

He leaves the house looking like that?

Vote SNP, Scotland annexes England, move capital to Edinburgh

But Boris and the tories as a whole have been cutting funding for the NHS and introducing private companies to do wo rk for the NHS. When some of those companies have gone under or the rules have changed, it’s had a large effect on the health service, where the government have had to jump in to sort it.
Not to mention a possible trade deal with the U.S. had many people concerned for the health service and food standards.

You can only vote SNP in Scotland, plus no way would I ever vote SNP, Nicola Sturgeon is an absolute fool. Wants independence, thinks if Scotland became independent that it’d be part of the E.U. , even though the E.U. has said it won’t as they’d have to apply to to join the E.U., but Sturgeon has said they don’t, etc...
She’s Scotland’ s Nigel Farage.

Resembles Boris yet it’s Corbyn that spends the most time in an allotment.

Corbyn won’t resign, he’s come up against several votes of no confidence, been asked to stand down many times and each time refused.
If it was pretty much anyone else running the Labour party, I’d of voted Labour.

If he doesn’t fall on his sword, someone will take it to him....
Assuming there’s any potential successor of course.

He won’t fall on his sword though.
He just won’t go.

Nice to see that, like Murkans, Limeys have no really good choices.

Corbyn on the fence about Brexit? I suspect he’s for it but doesn’t want to come out and say it
Looks like Boris is getting his majority though , have fun becoming a US colony and paying $5,000 for ambulance rides :(

Well this is a snap election, so there will still be another in six months, no really. This one doesn’t cancel the next one coming up.
Corbyn is on the fence about everything, not just Brexit, though he has stated in the past he’s for it, while his party are mostly against it.
We will never be a U.S. colony, or the rest you said. The people wouldn't allow it.

Well, that’s what the people seem to have voted for. Whether or not it’s what they think they’re getting, that’s probably what they’re getting.

I thought the law in the UK is that an election has to be held within 5 years of the last one, not on an unaltered schedule like in the US, so in this case the next scheduled election is 2024? What’s causing an election in 2020?
At any rate, at least your elections are short. Aside from healthcare, short election seasons are the big thing you Brits have that I’m jealous of.

The Tories are trying to save government money by contracting work out, but it doesn’t always work out that way.
With Bre xit, it’s brought up trade deals with other countries and any trade deal with the U.S. is going to be risky especially when it comes to food safety, animal welfare and health care.

We have elections every four years and our election polling is only six months long.
We go demented as it is watching the 18 months of elections in the U.S.

Yeah, as an American I find our politics to be bad enough as it is, but stretching out elections to nearly 2 years is just torturous . The political ads on TV are already taking off. Ugh.

Hmm, I was under the impression we would have one in 2020, some colleagues are saying yes, some no, so I will have to double check.
